Wendy is a mentor and intuitive healer for women at any age or stage in life. She has over 20 years experience as a teacher, coordinator, facilitator and event leader. Most importantly, she is a mother of three young children, who are her greatest teachers.

Being a professional and mother, she understands the exhaustion, stress, loss of self that comes along with feeling pressured to be the ‘perfect’ mother, wife, daughter, professional. It is through her experience she also understands the importance of nourishing the self and the inexplicable power one already has once it is uncovered. This why she developed Unravel Yourself, an opportunity for self-realization.

She mentors and trains women to come back to the wisdom within and ignite their passion back into their life. Her deepest desire is to teach women to know and honor their needs so they can advocate for themselves in living fulfilling lives.
