Now We’re Talkin’ Body; Guest – Christine Yole
Can we ever truly say enough about Bodies? The interesting thing is, many of us are saying more unkind things about bodies, than we are saying kind things about bodies. And what is that creating – with our bodies, for our bodies? Is it really surprising that so many people have challenges with their bodies in just about everything that involves their body? Keisha welcomes Christine Yole this week, and we are talkin’ Body. Is there such a thing as a “perfect” body? Or is there a unique perfection in every body? And what would our bodies like us to acknowledge now?
