Heather Esposito struggled with depression and health issues until her early 30’s.

Desperate for help that she didn’t receive in her professional training as a mental health therapist, Heather continued her studies and became a certified Health Coach and Natural Food Chef.

After making lifestyle and dietary changes, Heather was excited to now have tools to love herself and her life.

She went on to co-found the country’s first gluten-free, allergen-friendly and refined sugar-free bakery, which was featured on The Food Network and the Cooking Channel.

After selling her interests in the bakery, Heather went back to helping people through coaching for Tony Robbin’s organization for three and a half years.

She left the Tony Robbins organization in 2017 and now combines her tools as a therapist, life coach and Body Code practitioner,—an energy-medicine-based healing system- helping women to love the skin and life that they are in.

She is the author of “Smart, Sexy Sweets, Decadent Desserts That Happen to be Free of Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Corn, Nuts & Refined Sugar” and “Love, Yourself: a 28-day Journey to Love the Skin (and Life) You’re In”.
