Karen Cook is a health and safety expert as well as a licensed first aid instructor. She has saved businesses money from implementing proper health and safety programs as well as avoiding Ministry of Labour fines. With a background in health care and first-hand experience of the importance of proper health and safety training. She started her career as a nurse and spent many years helping patients recover back to health.
From seeing the affect a poor health and safety practice has on people’s lives, to teaching at College the importance of proper procedures, awareness and implementation of good health and safety initiatives. Armed with over 20 years of experience, a Master’s degree in Education and licensing, such as first aid, she is on a mission to protect businesses and families and keep them safe and healthy.
