Originally, the word heliotrope applied to various plants whose flowers turn toward the sun. For example, a sunflower will move its face from East to West to take in as much sun as it can as the day turns to night.

So we’re asking you to tune into who you truly BE and do the same thing. What if you turned your face to the sun, received the trees, and allowed the ocean waves heal you. What if you turned towards lightness and ease?
