After a lifetime of jumping career to career, each time thinking “THIS is IT!” Sara finally discovered the power of Mental Fitness. It has changed her life!

Many career pivots from field biologist loving the freedom and wilderness in Yukon, to being a puppeteer, artist and teacher, and environmental educator culminated in burn-out.

Deep into a dark place, she discovered the flame of helping others through coaching and counseling. Mental Fitness training taught her that even through the darkest times, it is ridiculously simple to master moods, overcome challenges, and choose wisdom and happiness. IF you know how!
