In order to have your Phantastical Voice and be true to yourself, it’s important to know how to say “No” and yet it’s one of the hardest things for us to do sometimes especially if we haven’t had great models for how to do it. In order to respect and love yourself and those you’d like to have true, loving or intimate bonds with this is an essential skill!
