Juli Madacey is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Master Health Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer who is on a mission to help women feel great in their bodies.
After years of battling with her own weight and health issues, Juli decided to stop being a victim of one-size-fits-all diets and health advice that were designed to make women afraid of food and in a constant state of conflict with their own bodies. As is typical, she dove headfirst and started learning everything she could about how to overcome years of emotional eating and body dysmorphia.
Juli shows her clients how changing the way they think can change their physical bodies in remarkable ways. By using small, simple, daily practices that compound over time, you can heal your relationship with your body and with food and find a way to create a healthy lifestyle that works for YOU.
Juli has helped her clients completely change their lives by teaching them how to slow down and take smaller steps. Her humour and compassion are qualities that her clients find supportive and helpful as they discover their own health path. Juli has been called a “Personal GPS” by more than a few clients and loves the moniker.
