TV – Emotional Intelligence…If Not Now, When? – Gordon D. Melville
The Long Bearded Guy ~ Gordon D. Melville
Malcolm X wisely stated “If not now then when, if not me, then who?” before his untimely death February 21st, 1965. We have established the “who” I believe, it’s each of us! The question of when do we pay attention to our emotional intelligence is the burning part of today’s episode! Obviously, the very best time to pay attention to our emotional intelligence was many years ago. The next best time is right now! When we have become aware we need to grow our emotional intelligence & have examined where we are currently at honestly in that regard; we can then measure it, create a plan to expand it, and execute that plan with intention!
In this week’s episode, Gordon D Melville, the Founder & CEO at JEWIL International & ‘The Long Bearded Guy’ will give you his top three reasons to not wait another second more to improve your emotional intelligence! The longer one waits, the harder & more complicated it becomes to improve it! Bring your journal & a friend & let’s intentionally grow our E.I. together! See you there!
